We see more and more Bosses excited to use their BodyBoss 2.0 and sharing their own personal routines! We wanted to take some time today to feature a workout from one of our awesome Backers, Brandon P. Brandon recommends the following upper body workout:
High Pulls - Bar, 4 Bands, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Bicep Curls - Bar, 4 Bands in setting 15, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
Shoulder Raises - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 15, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
Tricep Extension - Handles, 4 bands in setting 53, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
BodyBoss Flys - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 14, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Lateral Raises - Handles, 2 Bands in setting 14, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Push Ups - 3 Sets of 10 Reps
BentOver Rows - Handles, 1 Band looped, 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Push-up Plank - 2 Sets at 30 Seconds
Bench Press - Handles, 1 Band looped in setting 24, 3 Sets of 15 Reps
Total Workout Time: 41 Minutes

For all of our European Backers, we are happy to finally announce that Germany inventory has arrived at port! After 3-4 weeks stuck in customs, and a 20% customs fee, the orders have cleared and are currently in route via an 18 wheeler to our partner’s warehouse in Leipzig! We confirmed with our shipping partner, that every Backer with a valid email address will receive a shipping notice, tracking #, and an ETA of the package. This is super exciting for us, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience in sticking with us!
As we announced last week, we broke $1 million in crowdfunding, and because of your amazing support, we are investing in our workout technology, bodyboss.tv, as well as the BossBit!
