Well Hello BodyBosses!
*How are you?!
Bodyboss Ross here! I wanted to take time in this update to introduce myself and get you more familiar of the BodyBoss Portable Gym 2.0. Some quick notes before we dive into the meat of the update.
Next update I will be doing a feature of a BodyBoss who lost over 100 pounds using the BodyBoss in just 1 year! She is amazing! I will show you how she uses who BodyBoss and tell you why she got not just 1 but 3!
Congrats to Saumil! He is a great friend of mine and he started a company that is our incredible technology partner who just got acquired by a 1000 person company who helped develop many large companies! Nothing will change but they are currently developing our service for the BodyBoss 2.0: see below for our stretch goals about service.

hi bosses! this is me where it all started! 3 years ago in my garage, first ever platform and bodyboss. its come far!
1. PRODUCTION ACTIVATED:
Not only do early backers get a lower price but you will receive your shipment first! I absolutely love our manufacturer and they have agreed to start production the minute that we hit our goal. So production is underway! We know how important getting your product quickly is. So that is an incredible benefit of backing our campaign.
2. SHARK TANK UPCOMING SEASON: We had been contacted by SHARK TANK the TV show prior to this campaign for the upcoming season. We are currently in the 3rd round of casting! They say getting on Shark Tank is just as hard as getting into Harvard these days. Over 30,000 founders and companies apply to Shark Tank and they are currently down to 300 companies (we are 1 of them). So thank you they are watching our campaign and we really need to impress them! You can always say that you helped us to get on Shark Tank if we make it through! The season is upcoming this year.
3. BODYBOSS 2.o PORTABLE GYM workout program: with your portable gym we are making a 3 week program for you to follow with your backing. We will record the workouts in high definition and will give you workouts to follow to learn how to use your portable gym, will help you get familiar with the exercises and help you get into a routine!
BONUS REWARD FOR BEING AWESOME!
We are going to be throwing in an exercise chart for you. This will give you the ability to see the top exercises. You can hang it on your wall, car or put it on the ground when your standing on your BodyBoss Platform. It will show you the beginning position and the range of motion for each of the exercises. We will show you how to do it. We are currently laying out the format now. But it looks to include the top 15 exercises on it!
STRETCH GOALS!
if we reach $50,000: everyone we will be able to produce a 8 week workout program for all the backers. This is a build, burn and balance program which means it is suitable for any strength level!
WE WANT TO RE-DEFINE WHAT THE WORD FITNESS MEANS: with this program we will focus on our slogan: build a stronger body + a stronger heart and burn calories consistently throughout each week.
So we will teach you how to build a stronger body on your BodyBoss 2.0 with exercises focused on your muscles (long lean muscles), we will focus on building a stronger heart - your endurance for life will go up! Resistance bands create the healthiest heart possible. Also, we will focus on burning consistent calories (balance) we will make sure we work out consistently each and every week.
If we hit $75,000: we will give you all access to our live workouts + replay. This means we will schedule BodyBoss workouts on our new website where you can subscribe and show up at that time and watch a live trainer throughout the week! It won't be as personal as a group session or 1 on 1 but you can watch and follow the workout right at home. Don't worry if you miss the workout and you are subscribed it will upload directly to your profile! You have 3 days to complete that workout!

Hey BodyBosses!!
Kristi here, you may have seen me in the main video or throughout the page, but I hope everyone is have a wonderful Monday being a Boss! Thank you for all of your support, we couldn't have made it this far without you! You guys are our number one supporters and we truly appreciate all of you! I am filling in for Ross today on the update because he has been up all day and night working to finalize some last details with with our manufacturer such as: printing of the instruction manual + exercise chart, finalizing the feet of the bottom of the BodyBoss VectorFit base and some other minor support details that the manufacturer requested he helps out with.
He wanted me to relay some really cool things to you:
I am not sure how much you know about our company but Ross founded this concept about 3 years ago. I know for a fact he would not sit here and write about himself because he says it's about you all not him, so I figured I would give you some quick insight.. Each and everyone on our team members here at BodyBoss follows his lead because there is not a more caring, determined and passionate person you will ever meet. In a future update we will talk about his journey in his attempt to make it to pro's and his devastating life changing event while at Ohio State.
Here we are on Good morning Columbus, I will never forget how proud he was for all of us.
We wanted to keep everyone updated on our progress on our Kickstarter campaign. We are at over 500 pre orders and $104,000! The New Stretch goal of $125,000 was announced, we will have one at $150,000 as well! Therefore, as a start up company we ask for your help, all we ask is that you share our Kickstarter link with friends and family. We know that word of mouth and social media can be a powerful thing and want to reach out and help as many people as we can to meet their fitness goals!

Healthy Nutrition Tips:
What's the first thing you consume when you wake up? It should be to drink water. Water makes up roughly more than 60% of your body. When you sleep, your body repairs itself, all those toxins produced need to be excreted. Drinking an adequate amount of water helps you excrete those toxins and helps you be a healthier you!
What's a good tasting/ healthy post-workout snack you like to consume? If you haven't already tried plain Greek yogurt mixed with a vanilla or chocolate flavored whey protein with sliced fruit on top, you should definitely give it a try!
It's as easy as:
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- cut up banana, berries or sprinkled granola on top
Workout Tip:
When you receive your BodyBoss 2.0 try to limit the time in between sets of exercising. This will keep your heart❤️ pumping, make your muscles stronger, and will allow for you to burn more calories. Start with about 1-2mins in between sets and try working your way to 30-45 secs between sets. You can do it! It is mind over matter!
BodyBoss Workout I Love:
*Workout Bar Leg Workout*
-Bodyboss squat 15-25 reps -> Bodyboss lunges 15-25 reps
-> jumping alternating lunges off the Bodyboss 8-10 reps
1-2 min rest (goal 30-45 second rest) *Repeat cycle 3 times!
Visualize your success: You did it! Your heart should be pumping and you should be sweating! Think of all the calories you are burning! Great job! You have to envision the body you want to achieve!! You can do it, anyone can achieve what they put their mind to!
