Only a few days left to try out (or finish) our October Challenge! Hopefully you've been keeping up and getting in that 10 minute workout every day! If you haven't, you have just enough days left in the month to try out each exercise.
Ever wondered why it's so beneficial to have a second set of resistance bands for your BodyBoss 2.0? There are so many reasons!
If you're working out and getting stronger, you may find that one set of bands just isn't challenging enough for you anymore! Add an additional pair to any movement, and get double the resistance!
Want (or need) to challenge yourself? Follow along with a live or recorded workout on BodyBoss.tv, and up your bands when the trainer does. This will ensure that you are pushing yourself to the next level at all times!
Want to leave a pair of bands and an accessory or two at the office or another place you visit frequently? Having an extra pair on hand allows you to truly use the portable gym anywhere you go.
One awesome way to set up your workout and save time when your're in a pinch, is to set up your Base with two sets of bands and two different accessories so that way you can switch between exercises more quickly. (See photo below) If you watched many trainer led workouts, you may be doing this already!
