This week's full body workout feature fires up your entire core. Follow the routine below 3 times this week for best results. You'll start to feel changes in your body after just a few workouts!
If you want to see these exercises in action, and follow along with Kristi, check out the the video linked here. This vid style is perfect for a beginner because you pause the workout after one set, and complete additional sets at your own pace!
Workout Tip: Don't be afraid to modify this workout to fit your fitness level. If you need an extra challenge this week, increase the difficulty by adding in a second set of resistance bands. Are you a beginner? Start with one set of bands, and use the band setting of 3. You can shorten your bands more when you've built up your strength!

BOXING CHALLENGE. 15 Minute Boxing challenge.
Try to last boxing on BodyBoss for 15 minutes. Set a target of trying to complete as many reps as you possibly can punching with the wrist straps within 15 minutes
HERE'S HOW TO START:
- Grab 1 set of bands & put your wrist straps on.
- Put your bands through post 2 and shorten them to clip into post 4.
- Grab your cell phone and place in front of you on the floor for a timer
- clip the bands into your wrist straps and hit GO!
Start punching and get your sweat on! Try to keep track by counting your punches, it will be a great mind and body connection! Comment on the comment board to let us know how many reps you could do within a 15 minute time span!
