Hey Bosses,
BodyBoss Kristi here! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Who is ready to get their BodyBoss 2.0! I am sure you all are… and let me tell you, we, the BodyBoss team are working extremely hard to get it to you! We are currently negotiating prices amongst international shipping companies. When starting a company, there is definitely a lot of behind the scenes work that you would never even realize from negotiating prices with multiple shipping companies and also responding to our 3500+ new customers, working on BodyBoss.tv, etc. We cherish you all and want you to know exactly what is going on behind the scenes of BodyBoss because we believe that communication is very important with our customers, you are all EXTREMELY important to us. We are hoping to finalize the shipping by the end of this week and continue to work extremely hard on getting you all the right product that you ordered.
While waiting on your product, there is no reason not to start being healthy by watching the foods you eat! So I have put together a day of healthy food selections that you can follow to help you become happier and healthier!
Breakfast: try
- sautéed green pepper and onion
- 1 egg + 3 egg whites with salt and pepper
- 2 slices of whole grain toast with coconut oil spread and cinamon
Snack: try
- Greek yogurt with cut up fruit on top
Lunch: try
- Grilled chicken breast with hot sauce
- Small sweet potato
- 1 cup of steamed broccoli
Snack: try
- scoop of whey protein powder
- apple or banana
Dinner: try
- Salmon with lemon pepper
- ¾ cup of Brown Rice
- Steamed green beans
Side note: try to eat something small at least every 3 hours to keep your metabolism fired up!

Our team will focus on this in 2017.

Hello BodyBoss Backers,
We hope you had an awesome weekend! We wanted to let everyone know we will be locking down the surveys now. We have sent out our 48 hour notice so keep an eye out.
SURVEYS: If you have not yet filled out your survey, please do so by clicking on this link: bodyboss.backerkit.com. We still need around 250 surveys to be filled out before we can ship your rewards!
Kickstarter now has LIVE Stream! Just like our BodyBoss.tv concept Kickstarter has now introduced a live stream system, SO COOL! We knew this would be coming to the world. We have always prided ourselves on not doing what is easiest but doing what is most effective for our community and we felt live streaming is cutting-edge in focusing on community support. It is something that not everyone may use but is there if you want to get to know us, be held accountable & receive fresh fun workouts not just receive the same boring workout video over & over again. We will make sure we start doing live streaming so you all can get familiar with us through Kickstarter as well. It should notify everyone if we schedule a broadcast, so keep an eye out!
Also, here at BodyBoss, we love to challenge ourselves with a simple list of goals each week. These lists help us identify and execute. On the top of that list is supporting our backers. We ask ourselves, how can we best do this?
We want to make your experience special. With the tremendous feedback & support we have received from our Kickstarter Backers during the hardest time of our business , combined with the early bird backers products starting to ship in the coming 7-10 days we want to make sure in our early stages of growth we provide what is most valuable to you. In order to do this, we want to know what you want to see. What type of content would you all enjoy? As we gear up for a big content push in the coming months, this would really help us serve you better.
As mentioned, we have been in production on a ton of support materials and online workouts, and BodyBoss.tv will be full of awesome content to help guide you. So feel free to send out your suggestions, or any other feedback. It helps us help you!

BodyBoss Backers,
Thank you for your patience as we continue to collect all backer surveys. We continue to work hard for you all everyday to be the best Kickstarter project we can be! If you are yet to fill out your survey please do so by clicking on this link: bodyboss.backerkit.com.
Since the campaign ended, we have empowered our team members to focus on giving our backers all the tools they need to succeed. Kristi has been hard at work with the start up program and additional workout videos:
We know how eager you all are, so thank you for your support during this process. Our first large batch of units are in route to us now that should be received next week. From there we will ship out 500 units to U.S. backers. We are still in works of receiving quotes for our International units, but this will be final when we receive all surveys. After we solidify this very important step of logistics, we will be able to ship internationally. We wanted to let you know we will continue to update when we receive news from our manufacturer, but I assure can assure you, you can count on us.
