Good Evening everyone!
I hope you are all doing well! We are excited to announce that over 2500 people have received their BodyBoss! Therefore, we want to make sure that you know what to do when you open your package! We have been offering “The Best Saturdays in Fitness”, in which we offer free education and Saturday workouts. We welcome every BodyBoss backer, whether you have your BodyBoss or not. We want to make sure that we introduce you to the product properly by providing you with live video content, in which you can follow along and if you have questions, you can ask in the comments section. The past month we have been giving away FREE education and FREE content every Saturday morning at 10:00am EST to help you understand this NEW WAY of working out. (With the different exercises introduced this past month, when paired differently is over 30 different workouts!) We plan to continue these Saturday classes because we have received much positive feedback!
We are thankful for those that have received their product and sent us really nice messages! It has been an emotional journey to say the least and we are close to the finish line for our early believers, that's all of us. The fun is about to begin! We will be releasing lots of workouts & content! Let's always remember the capabilities:

Happy Monday!
Wow, this been a great learning experience! Thank you to those who have received their product and reached out to us, we appreciate all the feedback.
First off, we here at BodyBoss wanted to let you know that if you receive your BodyBoss Portable Gym and there is a manufacturing issue to please let us know. ;) We put together an awesome warranty for you. We thought you would love the comfort of knowing because you are an early believer, we have your back with a lifetime warranty for all BodyBoss parts. :)
With the massive amount of support, we have pushed and rushed the manufacturer in order to getting you your product (we original made 500 units and then made a large order of 3000 for our backers, then another 2,500 packages), we need to know whether or not the product is what we intended. Our team each received a gym just like you and ours came out beautiful and we hope all yours are to that standard as well.

We still are receiving Backerkit surveys. Last week alone we received 8 backerkit surveys of the colors they want, addons and more. To the 111 people who have still not filled out their surveys please fill these out as soon as you can. It is much better for shipping to have all the BodyBoss’s sent together to each country rather than just a few at a time.
In the previous update, we mentioned we were bringing on a customer service representative. We currently are orienting out a representative. He is an awesome guy, if you receive a message via Facebook, E-mail ([email protected]), Twitter or another channel it is mostly likely him. Say hi to him! He is starting off 20 hours a week as he goes through training. We hope that this is making it easier for you to get the answers that you need from us.
App Development
We currently have been working on updating our existing technology to provide you all what you want in need. We will release new technology updates as they occur. We hit our stretch goal on Indiegogo of rep counting / tracking. Therefore, as we bring on BodyBoss teammates and all the Kickstarter backers shipments get shipped we will start to enhance your experience via technology. Get excited because 2017 is going to be a crazy and fun ride for all of us :) It's always more fun that way, right?

Workout Programs, Exercises, Video Content
After all our Kickstarter backers receive their product, we will release our new workout programs and series. We urge you to come out to Kristi's Saturday workouts, they have been very beneficial to those that come :) She does a great job displaying exercises and showing you how to use your Resistance platform. This week, Kristi will be focusing on a beginner workout for anyone new to working out or those over the age 60. Please feel free to come even if you don’t have your BodyBoss 2.0 yet, these classes are beneficial for everyone, they will help you hit the ground running when you do get your BodyBoss 2.0 system.
Once our Kickstarter backers all receive their gyms we will be releasing new programs that you will love. We have lots of different categories depending on your goals of losing weight, gaining muscle, feeling better and more. We will start to reveal those as soon as we can.
Shipping & Trust.
Last week our shipping partner moved warehouses in the US. We decided we would ship all the west coast shipments (this should all be completed or in the carrier’s hands now). Our East Coast Backers will be sent out from our PA warehouse. Keep an eye out for notifications. All Backers will receive the following:
1) Address verification email (sorry US- we sent out an email prematurely). To make sure you receive your gym and we don't send to a wrong address.
2) You will receive a notification when your gym gets cleared at the warehouse
3) When the warehouse creates a shipping label with a tracking number
4) When the tracking number is in transit
5) When it is delivered
We have had a few customers who have received the wrong color of their product. Please, please, please check your backerkit: bodyboss.backerkit.com. It is up to you to make sure that you put in the correct color and add-on’s that you wanted. We must ship your package based off your response that you gave us on backerkit. Backerkit is the system we have been using to fulfill your orders. Australia has sent, UK is at customs clearance we are working with them today and the beginning of this week. Canada is arriving. Hong Kong, Germany will be a bit longer as we are working on the details this week. The rest of the world will be included in these two regions so please hold tight. Thank you for your patience, your belief and support will be worth it. We are anxious as well.
As stated before, this has been a learning experience. We are the perfect company for Kickstarter because you helped bring BodyBoss 2.0, a product, to market. We are doing this together as a community. You can forever say you helped this product and brought it to life. Do we wish everything would be perfect? Of course, and we have done our best to update you through this whole process as much as we can. We have grown and have tried our best to give you as much as we could while making BodyBoss a great product. We are in this together. Let's stay positive and let’s make this happen!

Kickstarter Backers,
INTRO.
I wanted to let you all know that I have been getting your
emails. I’ve been reading through them and many of them are the same questions:
- When will I get my BodyBoss 2.0?
- How do I use my BodyBoss 2.0? / Where
do I go to see how to use my BodyBoss 2.0?
- What about the add-on products/programs
that I purchased?
Well instead of going through the literally thousands of
emails Ross has been getting daily we would like answer these questions through
this update.
USA, Puerto Rico and minor outlying islands Backers:
We have shipped out close to 1100 products. I know many of
you received an address verification email stating that you would get a shipping
processing order email once it arrived at the shipping company. Unfortunately,
customs held the product for 2 weeks longer than expected. When the product was
being taken from the warehouse to the shipping company, the BodyBoss 2.0’s were
stacked so high that the pallets that were holding them collapsed. (See below).
Fortunately, none of the product was damaged and the BodyBoss’s can be shipped.
To ensure the safety of the shipping companies employees, the products were
unfortunately sent back to the warehouse to re-stack the product and provide
more pallets. The products arrived back at the warehouse yesterday. You may
have received a shipping processing order already, if you have that is great. For
those of you who have not received shipping processing orders please know that
you will get one soon. It typically takes the warehouse 2-3 days to receive and
check all the goods. Once your order is processed you will receive an email,
and the product will be shipped. We wanted to let you all know this because we truly
care about our Kickstarter Backers.

International (NON-USA) Backers:
Australia- orders
have arrived today, passed customs and we spent majority of the time setting up
the warehouse today for arrival. Please be checking your emails if you live in
Australia for a shipping processing order email.
Canada- is in
route. Currently product is at sea. Products should be arriving to customs by
the end of next week. We will continue to keep you updated. (Remember: things
can change).
China- (Happy New
Year!) Products have been shipped. You should have already received shipping
processing order email and products should be arriving any day.
Hong Kong- (Happy
New Year!) Products should be arriving 1 to 2 week after The Chinese New Year. We
will continue to keep you updated.
United Kingdom-
on schedule for same arrival date as posted in the last update.
Germany, New Zealand,
Japan, Israel, Chile, Taiwan, Singapore, Malesia, India, Netherlands, Spain, UAE,
Estonia, Philippians, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Northern Mariana

manufacturer is currently celebrating the Chinese New Year, we will contact and

We will be providing weekly interactive broadcast videos for
you to view covering every question you may have about your BodyBoss 2.0. These
sessions will provide you with massive amounts of information so that you can
personalize and become a professional on the BodyBoss 2.0.

The point of these updates are to notify you all with the
latest news within BodyBoss and update you on your orders. We also want to make you feel a part of the journey. I ask for you to
please read the updates rather than emailing Shipping questions constantly. We will make sure that we notify you to when it is coming, but Ross gets thousands of
emails daily and is unable to answer them all. We are hoping that most of your
questions are being answered in this update. We understand that some of you do
have questions that are not answered in the updates, please be patient with us
and we will respond as soon as we can. We are currently working on hiring a
customer service representative to help provide you all with the customer
service that you deserve. Currently, it is just Ross trying to answer all your
emails, write the updates, ship your products, work with the manufacturer until
3am, work with the freight forwarders, warehouse owners, shipping companies,
waking up at 5am to train clients… (the list goes on). We will update you in
the future when we hire in employees. There are many times Ross doesn’t get to
the emails, he opens his email and tries to respond yet doesn’t know the
answers or get calls (especially true with shipping). You may or may not get a response from
Ross via email, please be patient with us as we form a customer service team.

We started on this journey in launching the worlds 1st home gym you can take anywhere with one thing in mind and that is to give you the most convenient and affordable full body workout ever seen. And we can't believe that we have surpassed over 5,000 pre orders! It's been an incredible feat.

Internationally, your orders will take a bit longer than the USA as we were trying to make sure we got you yours gyms and how to effectively do that in the volume we were not expecting. Australia, we will be sending out a final verification, Canada your cargo is on the water and UK yours arrives early February. Hong Kong, you will be receiving a notification as well, we know it is the Chinese New Year starting this week so we will start to slowly get this out. Japan, we will email you in a segment as well as we have been working on your shipment as well.
You will be emailed in segments depending on your region. We have been receiving lots of emails about shipping times. I promise we order a gym for every single one of you, with the color you put into backerkit, the color of the bands and any extras you wanted.
On Saturday we can cover more information about the BodyBoss experience moving forward and answer any questions you may have. We have been working on our app that can track workouts, community interaction, and more.
Please like this and know our goal was $15,000. That's just 75-100 sales! We didn't know that we would get over 5,000 pre-orders now! So, please bare with us and speak positively of us if you can. I often get the question what is the BodyBoss 2.0? And it's simple. It's a Portable Gym. You walk up to it and you have to treat it like it's a gym. When you walk into the gym you have to know what you are about to do. There is a lot of variety with many workout styles depending on your goal. Same with the BodyBoss, you need to think of what you want to do that day. What's your goal? You can choose whether or not you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just feel better by moving with resistance connected to you. If you get stronger it easily grows with you. Just like the gym. So when your BodyBoss Gyms arrive remember, treat it like a gym, understand your goal and we will be here for support every step of the way if you need us! Best part about it is, you can fold it up and walk away with it.
Update For You:
I want to say thank you for all the hard work to the BodyBoss manufacturer. They have put in a lot of effort to bring to life 5,000 Gyms and they have exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail. The pictures above are shots of the last 1,000 Gyms being made. They made over 110,000 pounds of product worth!
We also want to thank you for being a part of an elite group of early believers who will be the first BodyBosses to get the Portable Gym 2.0. As we prepare for you to get you gyms, the upcoming 3,500 units are arriving at our warehouses and will go out in this upcoming large wave. Here is some news:
Warehouse software will generate you your tracking information and make sure your address is shippable and not typed in incorrectly. I appreciate the bosses who reached out to me this week and I adjusted their address. We also will send an email letting you know that in 24-48 hours the warehouse will receive your gym for shipment. And once it is cleared from customs in your country.
I have been getting a lot of feedback from people saying that the Kickstarter updates have been too generic for them from a shipping standpoint. Moving forward I have decided that we will handle each shipping region in its own segment. This channel is not personal enough to handle the questions. Put please check this channel because we are going to be releasing awesome information, BodyBoss news and updates,
Moving forward we will be coordinating all shipping information in segments by email. We are shipping currently to over 54 countries each countries timing is different, but the cargo for the USA has already arrived so that is awesome news, the cargo for Australia is approaching, UK is approaching and Canada. We will be sending out individual segment emails this upcoming week to verify addresses and send you detailed information on your shipment depending on where you are. We are going to move a lot of product next week and I personally am checking all details again 1 by 1 to make sure we get you your gym. There will be about 2,000 backers that should be receiving a final confirmation address.
In the coming week we will announce our free weekly Bodyboss Gym workouts only to our Kickstarter / Indiegogo backers (we are one-we want to help our early believers succeed, have fun and feel good). We have filmed your 3 week start up program and Workout Video Program! They are really fun workouts ranging from cardio-boxing/shredding, toning to some serious strength training at home or outside! The bands will shred fat! Our models were dripping in sweat! This will be released once users have their gyms exclusively to our crowdfunding backers.
We will make sure that we give you the opportunity to take advantage of your free lifetime BodyBoss Gym membership. Here is where we have set up your 3 weeks of videos and 5 week workout program! We will onboard in 1-2 weeks once gyms are in more peoples homes.
