Over the course of this process, we have had a chance to interact with many of our BodyBoss community members and have been able to get a sense of the caliber of people who are a part of this campaign, the passion for succeeding and desire to make BodyBoss a household name is obvious. The BodyBoss Gym is an amazing product and has tremendous potential for future growth. On a personal level, we feel privileged to be a part of this community and am more aware than ever before that 2017 is going to HAVE to be special. First off, congrats to you all as backers. Before we get into some news, we want you to know that if you are a backer and you're reading this, you have an incredible eye for product. As the gyms left the factory and hit the seas we took a step back and started to prepare for all our backers to get their BodyBoss 2.0's in the coming weeks. 

As we started laying out what to provide for our backers, we started to receive lots of messages from those who have gotten their units saying how they were so surprised about the quality of the product. We want you to know that even though the process of moving nearly 80,000 pounds worth of gyms has been insane, we can't forget the most important piece and that is making sure once you receive your units you are impressed. And you can put it to good use for years to come, it has to be DURABLE, LIFELONG and PERFECT. 

Although, it can be frustrating at times waiting on all these units to get to port and then the warehouses, in the end we are PROUD about some of the additions we made during the manufacturing process that in the end will benefit you directly. We upgraded your workout bars with more sturdiness, we added more durability to the platform and added even more mold to the posts that go up and down with 3d printing to make sure they are the most secure they can be. 

We are also proud we offered exclusive colors: green, gold and pink through this crowdfunding process, yes it delayed bringing this idea to life a bit but moving forward we are no longer going to offer all those colors, so it is an exclusive benefit for you as a backer. 

NOW THE GYMS ARE REALLY MOVIN!

Let's talk important stuff. The Bodyboss gyms are on the sea and starting at the end next week will begin to arrive at ports (first container is scheduled to arrive January 5th). From the ports we have arranged freight trucks (18 wheelers) and customs brokers to get them to our global warehouses, which means they will begin shipping to you soon! 

The first container is scheduled for arrival to port is the USA for Jan. 5th. For our international backers we also have arranged and are monitoring our Australia, UK and Canada sea cargo. We will do our best to inform our international backers as the cargo gets to their respective ports. Our goal is so you all don't have to pay customs fees, as a thank you. We will continue to update you. For BodyBoss USA backers the other large container is on the sea and should arrive to port shortly after the Jan. 5th container. We will update you on the status next week. Also, we will get each package reward out to our backers as soon as they arrive coming up in January. As mentioned in previous updates, the customs process is out of our control but we are doing our best to be transparent with you. We really look forward to you receiving your BodyBoss gyms. 

We have been simulating shipping test batches of the BodyBosses in our various countries to make sure we can catch any possible issues when we pick, pack and ship once they arrive at the warehouses, and to ensure that you receive all your proper packages plus any add-ons you added. 

Remember, you will receive an email notification 4-6 days prior to getting your BodyBoss Gym. You will receive your package you ordered plus for those that ordered additional items you will receive those as well. Please continue to read below for details and the upcoming bonus schedule for January and 2017. 

Announced in an upcoming update (as you hold tight for your reward to arrive on your front doorstep) we will be arranging BodyBoss talks, nutritional information and start to onboard instructors that we can bring right to your home through technology as a thank you for your patience and belief. This process has been incredible and we are almost there! We are crossing the finish line.. but if you think about it the real fun begins when your product arrives..

'Tis The Season - A Holiday Message

On behalf of all of us at BodyBoss, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday season.

We are grateful to have you. And we are especially grateful for your flexibility and patience during the development and delivery process of the new BodyBoss. When your BodyBoss portable gym arrives we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. 

Our team will shut down on Christmas Day, as we spend time with family and loved ones. We made a vow this season to give thanks for all the blessings in our lives. Among those blessings are each and every one of you. On this journey we may have done some things that were great and we may have done some things that were learning lessons but we know that when in doubt we can turn to you all, the ones who believed in us first. For that, we are planning a BodyBoss New Year to remember. We ask that you give us your blessings and support so that January turns into our best month together yet. 

And to our BodyBoss team, boss community and all those who have helped in 2016, we know this year has been a crazy ride, but we turned challenges into successes focusing on our ultimate goal of bringing the most versatile, convenient and effective workout concept to market possible. Dear Boss Community. We want to say thank you to the backers who have received their BodyBoss 2.0's and sent us kind words.  In our last update we thanked you for investing in this idea, we updated you on our current manufacturing status, broke down the shipping process for you and did our best to answer frequently asked questions. 

In that update, we learned that the next round of units were completed, which was great news. We told you we had claimed 4 warehouses that needed to be shipped to by sea. This week we added a fifth in the UK due to the high volume of United Kingdom orders and backer feedback. As the units are leaving the factory and hitting the seas we wanted to share some new updated information from this past week of work. 

NEW #BODYBOSSCHALLENGES! Yes, this will help you learn how to use your BodyBoss. The first 2 challenges are the #BodyBossBoxingChallenge and #BodyBossSquatChallenge. Once you have your BodyBoss do these challenges and take a picture or a video of your testimony right when you finish! We will pick 5 winners who motivate us the most at the end of January! 1. BOXING CHALLENGE. It's a 15 Minute Boxing challenge.Try to last boxing on BodyBoss for 15 minutes. The challenge is that you can not take a break for more than 15 seconds at all during the challenge and once you start boxing you have to box for at least 30 seconds. 

2. SQUAT CHALLENGE. Who can do the most squats can you do in 10 minutes. Tell us how many you did in your testimony. You can shorten your bands or just clip into the posts. Be aware #BossBands have no mercy.

KICKSTARTER FUN FACTS. BodyBoss pallets weigh over 60,000 LBS. Shipping those by air from China is not a viable option. So we have to ship them by sea. Another crazy fact that not many people realize is that BodyBoss manufactured and brought to life over 265,000 BodyBoss items! That's 4,000 platforms, 40,000 metal posts on the platform, 72,000 feet inserts, 15,000 cloth covered resistance bands, 30,000 carabiners for the ends of the bands, 10,000 handles, 10,000 wrist straps with 20,000 half rings, 8,000 door anchors with 8,000 rings plus 8,000 pads, 4,000 workout bars, 8,000 cloth pads for the workout bar, 4,500 bags, 20,000 guides inserted, 4,000 boxes. 

BACKERKIT SURVEYS. There are 131 unanswered backerkit surveys. That means there are 131 people who have not filled out your BackerKit survey: Get your buns in gear! Remember, we cannot send you your Boss until you have done this. If you have filled out your survey next step is to hold tight. As stated in the previous update you will receive a notification about a week prior to your BodyBoss hitting your front door steps. We will keep doing our best to relay any new information as we receive it. Our units have been at port and been in line to be cleared and placed on the cargo ship. Depending on the 5 shipping lanes we are told they should hit the sea this upcoming week. Remember this is the port they are going out of: 

Moving forward we will send out at least one thorough update a week. As units start approaching ports in their respective countries we will update you through this channel, but until then we hope that everyone can hold tight and we ask you for your belief in us. The positive support directly reflects the success of this entire operation. We have done our best to make the best product for you possible and we are committed to getting you your package. Whether it's two more weeks or four more weeks we can assure you it will be well worth it. 

Once we have our 3-week program completed, 5 weeks of workout videos completed, free lifetime membership connected we will send you an update here and send you a welcome message to take advantage of this. Our goal is to have this happen this month.

FULFILLMENT.

We are so grateful to be able to see this Kickstarter crowdfunding journey through. The support we get from our Kickstarter backers is what enables us to run, develop and grow our business. It allows us to get customer feedback, improve our existing product, and gain support to help build and design new portable fitness solutions. Kickstarter works in a unique way. As a backer the items you receive after you pledge are considered a reward - in our case a home workout product that simulates the gym. These are not just purchases in the traditional manner, but rather gifts, or thank you's for the belief and support of a community that has connected to an idea, and wants it to become a reality. 

Although, we figured this Kickstarter journey would be accompanied by a substantial amount of learning for our business - we chose to develop our business as a Kickstarter business model rather than seeking shark investors. With this business model comes growing pains and things that we initially could not have ever foreseen. We have learned that we definitely can do this, and it needs to be done together. We really want you to know that we are on your side and our focus is to serve you. You are our first customers, you are our Kickstarter backers; you are our investors.

Thank You. Thank you for our Kickstarter comment board, backer comments, and all the support to this point. We are very lucky that Kickstarter has this concept. There is an amazing idea that will eventually be brought to market because of our BodyBoss Kickstarter community. 

So let's get into it. A lot of you have been asking about certain aspects of the process. Our hope is that this update gives you all the information you need and helps to answer your questions.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MANUFACTURING? 

Our remaining units we were told are completing their manufacturing at the beginning of this month. When working with manufacturers, they have made it clear they can't give us EXACT dates. We have been relaying to you what we are told from our professional suppliers when we receive that information. Knowing that the units are going to be finalized is a huge news. This will be the remaining 3,500 units that we have had made. We are proud of this :) Cue confetti.

The next steps will be to pack the rewards, label them and then start to activate our next partners that participate in some aspect of the process (see below). We originally anticipated lower numbers and were not able to ship by sea to many regions, but now we will be working with regional warehouses that are currently being finalized as the United States, Australia, Germany, and Toronto. 

SO CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IT LEAVES THE MANUFACTURER IF I HAVE TO?

Ehhm, yes you can. But, please know that while the units make their way to the four various warehouses, the sooner we can adjust, the better. And we urge you only to do this if you absolutely have to. Please just send an email to [email protected] with the title ADDRESS CHANGE, we will then relay to our logistics partners. OKAY, OKAY.. SO WE KNOW IT'S LEAVING THE MANUFACTURER WAREHOUSE THIS DECEMBER, NOW WHAT?

Now, shipping carriers take over. They have 2 divisions: small package order & freight (work with businesses). Shipping carriers give the best estimates they can, taking many things into account: seasons, forecasting, the weather, road, lane and air traffic, & many more factors. But then add that this is a crazy time of the year, any estimates or projections are really just statistical hypotheses. They do their best to estimate, and we do our best to pass those estimations on to you. In the end, these are only estimates and projections. 

SO LET'S TALK SHIPPING PROCESS. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

First, let's be clear your BodyBoss Portable Gym definitely exists. So does all the tools with it: Vectorfit platform, collapsible workout bar, resistance bands, handles, door anchors, wrist straps and any other products you added on and ordered through Kickstarter. We are a young, small team that had a lot of vendors who believed in us before this Kickstarter, so production actually started before the campaign ended, which is amazing and we are very grateful. We may have thought we knew everything, but we definitely didn't understand the entire process.

The more and more we got into the many facets of the process, we realized that having low volume previously through our last Kickstarter (304) is totally different then having 3,000+ orders you have to fulfill - especially with the weight being anywhere from 14 lbs. per box to 18 lbs. per box. We ended up with three different colors, which we learned changes the manufacturing process, to source the bands, handles, door anchors and wrist straps from a supplier in their area to cover the additional color options. Using BackerKit was a must to help users get the add-ons they had been asking for. This also proved to be a new, monstrous challenge for many reasons. The BackerKit surveys started coming in during the end of September and October. The manufacturer then had a policy of testing the colors and sending samples to make sure we were happy, and we had to take on the encumbrance of two full weeks of production and shipping. They also had to rigorously check the bosses for quality, and recently started packaging the remaining 3,500 units. They have told us that they will check all of the 3,500 packages to make sure all the items got in there. They explained that they can't give a specific date but at the beginning of this month the all units will be completed and packaged.

Next comes stacking onto Pallets (making sure there aren't too many so the boxes smash), labeling each one, loading into shipping containers, and sent off from our supplier. We have enough stuff to fulfill our entire Kickstarter, plus some of our other crowdfunding orders, and then some extras for good measure. Our manufacturer made us aware that most of this stuff was ordered and takes time for the supplier to make all 5,000 bands in each color and items.

So, if all this stuff exists, why haven't you gotten a shipping email notifying you about shipment? Well, here's why:

The items in your order leave the manufacturer and go to port to be shipped to our warehouses. The reason we now cannot give exact dates is because literally from the time it leaves the truck to the time it gets on the cargo ship it could take the customs one week, or one day. We learned that they just don't know. We have now made sure we use our fulfillment companies because trying to bypass and do this ourselves (like we did with the first 500 units) just isn't going to cut it. Our fulfillment partners operate warehouses all over the world, and we send big shipping cargo containers full of products from our supplier to four of these warehouses (U.S, Toronto, Germany and Australia).  Right now all of our logistics companies are experiencing a massive flood in shipping volume, more than even anticipated for the already huge holiday season. As a result, some of our incoming shipping containers have the likelihood for many unexpected things to happen to them. So we can't give EXACT days, but rather, put you at ease knowing that the items are leaving the manufacturer and are in the process. We've been working tirelessly with our reps across the globe to get our inventory into their hands as fast as possible.

Throughout this process, we have spent hundreds of hours on phone calls, emails, and communicating with involved parties, which has given us some insider tips. We have requested that all packages be put on the back of the cargo ships. When learned that this can save us 5-10 days from when it arrives to each countries customs and they unload. 

Next they ship by sea. Some boats may get in this December some boats may get in in January. There are a number of different shipping lanes we have learned. Also, boats that leave port on specific days and some lanes are faster then others. The boat to the U.S. for example could take 14/15 days or it could take 21 days to arrive due to weather, overloaded cargo ship and much more. Once it arrives, then customs starts to unload (and hopefully our large pallets of BodyBosses ended up on the back of the boats for quicker unloading). Then customs approves everything (could take a day or a week they are in charge). 

Next, comes receiving. Think of a time you received an item - you get it off your front doorstep and take it in the house. What happens next? You can't wait to rip it open as quickly as possible.  Well, we have learned the receiving process is a bit more involved when you're a warehouse receiving a shipping container full of hundreds of large products that have thousands of other products in them. For example in the United States, a total of 45,000 pounds of BodyBoss cargo (pallets) is moved from the cargo ship to port, customs checks, then the freight forwarder in a semi picks up the all the BodyBoss pallets which alone weigh a grand total of over 45,000 pounds (mentioned above). Items need to be catalogued, space needs to be made to store them, pallets need to be moved, case quantities need to be broken down into unit quantities. We expect our fufillment partners to do everything in their power to further ramp up this process for us. We are confident in them.

Also... If you didn't fill out your Kickstarter survey, then no receiving can happen at all! While most backers did this a over a month or so ago, we're still waiting for responses from 100+ people! So please, if you haven't filled out your survey yet, do it! We want to ship you your reward! 

WHEN IS MY REWARD SHIPPING?

Yes, we estimated that they would ship in September and October but as you can see from above that with high volumes it's simply a much different process than we ever imagined. We hope that you understand and believe in us still as our early investors and you can be ready to put the product to use when it arrives.

OKAY. WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON WITH SHIPPING?

We are doing everything we can to get your Kickstarter rewards to you as soon as possible. We we told the 3,500 units for you to be completed from manufacturing and leaving the manufacturing warehouse. And we want to tell you once it leaves the manufacturer depending on where you live in the world you can expect to receive you units within 2.5-8 weeks (depending on the seasonal traffic and time your order leaves the warehouse). We are hoping that most all 3,000 units backers receive their units this month of December but we simply just can't guarantee it. This was mentioned above. 

We are doing everything in our power to get the remaining packages to arrive before the Christmas & the new year, but we simply cannot guarantee it for everybody. For those who haven't gotten their stuff we very kindly ask that you hold back the urge to send emails or messages with questions about shipping times, and package whereabouts. Because it will take us a long time to call our partners, have them call the cargo ship company or freight forwarder. That being said, we totally understand your eagerness and anticipation. And we also understand the frustration of knowing others may have received their packages before you. But, now we hope you know that we are trying to get these out in a large wave for you rather than 500 every month. We hope that you understand and believe in us still as our early investors and can be ready to put the product to use when it arrives :) 

SO WHAT ABOUT THE 500 THAT WENT OUT ALREADY? 

For us, we have to say that due to ShipWire (our original warehouse we were going to use out of L.A.), we found out that the freight forwarding company they used was 2 months behind schedule due to the holidays. So we had to make a last minute call to our warehouse we used last year. This warehouse does not have the technology ShipWire or Ship Naked has so we were forced to go through this process MANUALLY and use our UPS number. Specifically, our manufacturer started making these units actually during the Kickstarter, so they made the units in green, and with four bands. So to keep things in line, we had to ship these to those who fit this criteria (early bird specials, green with no add-ons and 4 bands). We had about 100 1.0 backers that ordered before we decided to do a Kickstarter that we also had to fulfill with those. When your package comes you will receive everything in it except your clothing which we are currently having made from a seperate manufacturer. 

WHAT COMES WITH MY BODYBOSS? 

In your package you will find 5 workout guides. These guys will give you 5 popular exercises with each accessory: the workout bar, the handles, the wrist straps, add-ons to your system that you may find popular and also the door anchor. You also will receive a fold up pamphlet that helps you quickly start on your bodyboss. It will then lead you to 3 workout challenges that we are excited to see how everyone does. A boxing workout, a squat workout and then an upper body workout with the handles. You will find this on the back of the tri-fold pamphlet. These are actually how we all learned the BodyBoss, so we are excited to see how you enjoy those. You also will receive your 3 week start up video workout program exclusively as a backer which we have put together and will get to you sometime in the coming month. We also, have put together the 5 weeks of additional workout videos for you that you will receive as well exclusively through your workout profile. 

This leads us to a bonus we decided to have happen for you all as an appreciate of your patience and investing in us. We will be providing live interactive support for you during these programs through technology that we literally made from scratch that holds virtual live classrooms. We will host free support classes for our backers starting in January for the New Year when a large wave of users have their portable gyms. We will complete alpha this month and start to bring all the bodybosses on at the right time. We will prompt you to check your package and make sure you received your 3-week upstart program and your 5-week workout burn, build, balance program that can be found within your profile.

WHY DO WE KEEP TALKING ABOUT SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY?

Because we want to treat this like a virtual gym where you can use the BodyBoss equipment on your own, but if you need support we can provide that for you. Obviously, we can't meet in person because everyone is in different cities and over 52 countries. But, we can be here for you if you need: broadcasting classes if you just want to show up and follow the BodyBoss class without being seen, interactive classes - if you want to show up to a class with your friend and interact two way, private interactive virtual live stream training (if you want more attention or personal instruction or guidance) and also you can simply receive workout videos to follow if you need. We also hope one day we learn from our backers during our beta period where we can figure out what tracking you all like whether that is tracking how many workouts you do, seeing how often you workout or even eventually challenging your friends or family from your own home.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN BODYBOSS.TV?

There are by far more capabilities with this site as you can see from above, however, it is more user friendly and interactive. Our amazing technology partner, headed by Saumil, has created something special for all of us. We have to make sure we can implement features and grow with our community. Also, we will be able to easily link the free membership to this technology as well. And make sure we track this for life. Hopefully, and eventually this will turn into an app for your BodyBoss that will allow tracking, motivation and training. An app was unlocked that during the campaign so want to deliver. You can also eventually connect with a BodyBoss certified gym in your area, follow live stream classes from their studio and even connect with one of their trainers if you want (if you know any trainers, let us know). Each trainer/gym will have their own access code and their clients will be protected.

Having bosses in 52 countries all over the world, we will be broadcasting classes and connecting virtually at the level you feel most comfortable, which we think is pretty cool! There will be many ways you can use your BodyBoss and follow workouts throughout the week, as you will see. 

WHAT ABOUT EARLY BIRD BACKERS? 

If you paid extra to get the early bird reward, we have prioritized your rewards, as explained earlier in the update. So, all backers should know that since the manufacturing is completed it's just a matter of our partners making sure we can ship by sea to our depots (warehouses) in the various locations and the next wave gets out in the proper packages. So it's not going to be waves of 500 each month. We will try to ship all these closer together once they arrive in the warehouses as quickly as we can. 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REWARD IS COMING?

You will receive a notification via email from the shipping carrier with your tracking number when it goes out. You will also receive an email roughly one week before your shipment ships from our fulfillment partners. 

MY BACKERKIT PROFILE SAID SHIPPING PROCESSING... WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH THAT?! 

While getting the orders ready to ship from our warehouses, we wanted an easier way to relay to our warehouse manager the orders. Backerkit has logistics software partners with inventory management that help you breakdown each order and one of them is called ShipStation. ShipStation is simply software. After you lockdown the orders, you can push all the orders to ShipStation. We were simply just testing the software to see if it's something we want to use and when you push it to ship station it kicks all backers orders into shipping processing. 

BODYBOSS KICKSTARTER RETURN POLICY?

While all of our products are guaranteed for life, it is not our policy to offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. 

As explained, in the Kickstarter community, the items that you receive after making a pledge are referred to as “rewards” because they are not purchases in the traditional manner. They are gifts – in our case, portable strength training products – that are sent to our supporters as a token of appreciation for their support of our business. When you get into Kickstarter, you're not buying anything. You are investing in the company with the hope they can get the product off the ground. And hopefully the cool companies get you awesome products, for awesome prices that last a long time. 

We appreciate your understanding of our crowdfunding policy and the support you have given us. If you think your reward, the portable gym, truly offers no value to you, here are a few things that you could do in the spirit of crowdfunding…

- Give it to a friend or family member. Hey, our products might not work for you, but there are many folks out there who might find them very valuable. We’d love for you to share our products with people you know who are into fitness, or healthier lifestyles.

- Sell your reward to somebody. Many of our Kickstarter rewards were purchased below retail value. So throw your reward up on eBay, Craigslist, or another selling app if you want to get some of those costs back.

- Give your reward another chance. We hope this would be your first choice. Some of our products can take some getting used to. And there is a learning curve, that's why we created undeniable support. All of our products are or will be designed for use for many scenarios. Any workout exercise, strength level, anywhere. We hope eventually if you find a way to fit it into your day, that you will be very satisfied.

WHATS GOING ON WITH INDIEGOGO CROWDFUNDING?

The only way we stay in business is if we continue to present cashflow. With orders having to be made in the thousands now from the manufacturer there comes responsibility of our very small team to expand, service and produce units in much larger quantities easily in the hundreds of thousands in purchases. This money goes towards manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and the many other costs that are incurred when creating and selling a product. 

We have decided to only operate as a crowdfunding business right now and we will not hit the markets currently. The Kickstarter backers will get their units first before any of the 600+ Indiegogo backers. Our duty is to turn this idea into a company and we treat our backers as our founding backer investors and have decided to transition from Kickstarter to Indiegogo as a means to continue to stay in business. We have not focused on this as much as we did our Kickstarter backers as you can see from our numbers because we have been focused on the logistics process, the manufacturing process and making sure we know all the ins and outs to get you your BodyBoss 2.0. Kickstarter will be shipped before the Indiegogo backers from our warehouses. 

WHAT ABOUT MY FREE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP? 

This month we will be announcing a plan (hopefully sometime before you get your BodyBoss) to give you all more exclusive access to ways that you can take advantage of your lifetime free membership. Everyone here does get lifetime free membership and we will think that value alone is worth the price of your BodyBoss. The reason is we have been working on technology with a company called Blisstering Solutions that recently was bought out by Iksula who has helped us create an app that will allow our community connect in revolutionary ways. This will let you track your workouts, check your BodyBoss package, join an interactive live streaming classroom with up to 25 people, privately connect or follow your workout programs, and more. 

We will not release this to the public, but only through our crowdfunding channel. We want you to be the test community for our Beta technology. We will use BdoyBoss.tv as a way for you to live stream broadcast with us, and also for workout videos as we diagnose the potential of both our technology teams we have engaged. Since this is coming up later this month we will need to unravel specific instructions for you so that you can be a part of this first. As Hana said in our live stream we are now in Alpha (testing amongst our team, fixing some of the design and some clunkiness), you will be a part of beta.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET MY BODYBOSS? 

Squats are always a great place to start. Think of squats like a potato. If you were forced to choose only 1 food item you could eat the rest of your life.. What would it be? you better choose potatoes. It's the only food that will keep you alive. Squatting is the same. If you could only pick one exercise the rest of your life what would it be? It better be squats. It's the only exercise that mixes strength training, cardio and flexibility while requiring your entire body to work.

The resistance bands produce way more bloodflow then weights because of the elasticity. The resistance strength levels constantly change, which constantly changes the amount of energy you have to exert, which shocks your body fat. Shredding fat quicker. Plus, shorten the bands if it's too easy or add even more bands as you get stronger. The BodyBoss also saves your knees because when your knees are most vulnerable, that's when the bands are at the least amount of tension. It's perfect, really. 

All in all this results in toning that belly fat and getting a six pack :) and strengthening your legs so you can easily walk up those stairs or get out of the chair. Oh yeah, when performing with the correct posture, it even conditions your lower back, making that pain go away. Boss up. Who wants a toned, strong, healthy body in the new year?
