Hello Bosses!
I hope you're getting hyped about getting your new personal portable gym! It's been a great week so far. Thank you to the 2,148 backers who have finished their survey. For those who haven't gotten to it yet, we look forward to receiving your pledge information! We really want to start getting shipments together and finalize logistics for all of our backers rewards, so make sure to get your survey in as soon as you can! Hey All Backers,
Wow! Thank you! The survey's are off to a tremendous start! If you have ordered clothing please know you will be able to pick your sizes after the survey through Backerkit when we lock down your order. You will get a notification.
We have been receiving lots of messages in different places. We need to get this in one centralized spot so that we can work directly with our BackerKit managers. And easily forward, share and discuss information to get your questions answered.
International Orders: your shipping amount comes up as credits and it has been confusing you. I miscommunicated with Andrew, our BackerKit Project Manager, when he but we are fixing the credits situation for you today. I just got off the phone with him and we are going to work for you. It will just be about 950 entries we need to fix so please hold tight. We will let you know when it is corrected.
2. Are Green, Pink & Gold Bands all the same resistance level?
Green / Gold = the same resistance level ranging from 0-30 lbs in resistance.
Pink = is slightly less resistance and ranges from 0-20 lbs in resistance. But don't worry you can always double up your bands to increase the difficulty.

BodyBoss surveys are here!
You will be receiving a survey from BackerKit right after this update that you’ll need to fill out to receive your rewards. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can, since we need this information to fulfill your rewards!
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link in the email, fill it out, and you’ll be all set. You will be prompted to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and if you want you can pledge for more awesome exclusive “add-ons” to your portable gym that are only available exclusively to you as a 2.0 backer. We are testing what is needed in the marketplace and in exchange you get secret rewards. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email.
BackerKit will send your survey to the email address that is associated with your Kickstarter pledge, so please be sure to check there. Surveys may end up in your spam folder depending on what sort of filtering you have set up, so please be sure to check there as well once surveys are sent out.
If for any reason there’s a mistake in your survey, please rest assured that the support team at BackerKit will do everything they can to help you. Hello Bosses!
Ross here, and it is now my honor to update everyone with all the new information from the past week!
We are proud to announce that this week we decided to partner with the top Kickstarter fulfillment company. We have been working hard to solidify our fulfillment process and are proud to announce our partnership with BackerKit.
We have been working together with BackerKit since mid-week and I have to admit it has been great. We have exchanged over 70 emails back and forth, and have been on the phone over 15 times making sure the software is ready for all 2,682 backers.
The BackerKit team came into the picture this week and it just made the most sense, even though, we were nearly finished with our software. The fulfillment process is the most important task we have on our plate and although our solution would have helped ease the process, BackerKIt now takes it to a new level!
Because of this we have been working on many surprises for you in the survey such as awesome add ons to your pledge because of your patience so keep an eye out Monday :)
Today, I am headed to meet with the manufacturer to discuss fulfillment of the BodyBoss 2.0's. While I am there we will set them up on BackerKit so they can easily access all the rewards and shipping info. The first large batch of orders will be completed this week so it's great timing. Now we have a day to get them set up before the surveys go out.
Like everything we have done this campaign. Please know that we are doing this to make sure that we better serve you. We have tried to cherish each and every one of you.
It's remarkable our manufacturer was willing to start production without a deposit. Our team has worked extremely hard to build trust with them so that we could start production rather than waiting until BodyBoss received each pledge fund from Kickstarter which takes 14-15 days after the campaign ends. That was just this past weekend.
It was our goal from the beginning to treat you differently and we are going to continue to do that. We are blown away by everybody's interaction and feedback. I wanted to let you all know that we are reading each and every comment. So thank you!
We are not always equipped with the most up to date information, so it's very challenging to answer all of these in real time. But we are doing our best to get the info you need to you. And we continue to get more and more organized as progress goes on and tasks get checked off the list. I know i have been working 15-18 hour days currently trying to accomplish what needs to be accomplished for you.
If you have backed other projects you already know, that most surveys do not get released right away. And that's the nature of Kickstarter, it is that these products are ideas coming to life. And that many different facets to the product are coming together and that it's fun to be a part of the process of the birth of these products, but sometimes the trade off is being able to appreciate and respect the process.
We truly appreciate your comments and concerns, and are glad to answer any more questions from this point forward. Look out for the backer survey on Monday!
